2022 Covid policy

With the pandemic still ongoing, we want to make sure that you know where you stand regarding your 2022 booking.

If you are unable to travel out on your due date of departure because, in either country, the borders are closed or there is a lockdown or there is a 10-day quarantine in place, we will continue to offer the following options:

  • Move your holiday to a date later in the year
  • Move your holiday to next year
  • Make a full refund (balance and deposit).

If quarantine is required to undergo testing, we do not consider this to be grounds for cancellation or changes to travel plans.

If you have not been fully vaccinated (including any booster jabs) by the time of your holiday, you will not be allowed to travel to France and you will lose any monies paid to us for your holiday and the right to change your holiday plans.

We will continue to ask for the balance payment as normal when it’s due.

We will continue to do our absolute best for our customers during the pandemic. As we have done since the beginning of the pandemic, you won’t lose your deposit or balance payment if there are major travel restrictions at the time of your holiday.
